.500 bore 18H inners vs 6H inners
I’ve got a pretty clean .500 / 8” post-Elkhart 18H. The plating on the inner slides is perfect. To the best of anyone’s knowledge would they work on a 6H? If so, I’m cannibalizing it to replace the ones on my ‘56.

I would put money on them being the exact same part.

The post-Elkhart 18H's are .500 bore with an 8" bell.
During the Elkhart years, the 18H was the coprion-belled
version of the 14H, and had a .485 bore with a 7 1/2" bell.
