Bass Trombone Solo

I wasn't sure whether this was the correct forum, but it seemed to fit more than the other pages.

I'm going to submit a solo to the AMIS Online Solo & Ensemble Festival (https://amis-online.org/page/ose23info if you don't know what it is) and I want to try for the International Solo Finals. In order to get in, you have to play a solo of high quality, and it has a list of suggested pieces, being:
Bozza - Ballade
David - Concertino (1st OR 3rd mvt.)
Galliard - Sonata No. 1 (Vol 1)
Gaubert - Morceau Symphonique
Hindemith - Sonata for Trombone (1st OR 3rd Mvt.)
Jacob - Concerto for Trombone (1st AND 2nd mvt OR 3rd mvt.)
Larsson - Concertino (1st OR 3rd mvt.)
McKay - Sonata (1st OR 3rd mvt.)
Ostransky - Concertino
Rimsky–Korsakov - Concerto (any 2 mvts.)

You're supposed to either play one of these or something of a similar caliber. However, most, if not all, are for tenor, if I'm not mistaken. After looking around, I found a bass bone solo called Allegro Maestoso by Jan Koetsier. I want to ask if that piece is of good enough quality, and if not, what pieces I could play instead. Any help would be appreciated.

Given the broadness of that list, would the Lebedev Concerto No.1 (originally for tuba but common as a bass trombone solo) be of "similar caliber"?

The Galliard sonatas in their original bassoon notation are semi-plausible bass trombone material since they have some notes in the trigger range.

Wim Bex’s Vademecum is a really good piece, look up the julliard bass trombone suggested audition pieces for a bunch more suggestions.

I think that the Kotsier is of similar quality to some of those. The Galliard is really more of a bass trombone piece anyway IMO (originally for bassoon).

During my studies I have probably heard the David being performed at least 200 times and practiced 2000, so I would never have recommended to voluntarily play it on bass.

But with a little distance - almost 12 years after having finished my studies and more than 10 since the last time I have heard it live - it becomes an enjoyable piece of music. Much more than the Sachse Concertino.

Koetsier Allegro Maestoso is great, I've heard that at master's recitals so it should certainly be sufficiently high-caliber for your purposes. Transposed down version of David is fine too, but wouldn't be my first choice.

Plenty of other options:
Ewazen Concerto for Bass Trombone or Tuba
Wilder Sonata for Bass Trombone
Lebedev and Bozza New Orleans have already been mentioned
Not sure why people seem to dislike the Sachse, but it's a reasonable choice as well.
Fetter Spain, if unaccompanied is ok
McCarty Sonata for Bass Trombone is what I played for a couple high school solo competitions
