Conn 15I Upright Bell Euphonium: Quality of??

Please comment on the quality of this euphonium. I saw the name Conn and purchased it on ebay.

15I was one of the student-level euphoniums in Conn's lineup. The 14I is exactly the same, but with a forward bell. They're great horns that can take a beating. One thing I seem to notice with Conn euphs is that they don't like playing very loud- a lot of disagreement comes from the horn trying to push out a solid fortissimo.
