The first one says to notice your "belly filling up with air". WTF???

Ugh, apparently for the phrase "diaphragmic breathing" it doesn't really matter if there's anything "diaphragm" about it.

We've had lots of talks on this forum about this terminology mishap.

Accurate or not, I think it's pretty much a non-issue.
The phrase "diaphragmatic breathing" has been used for a long time including by medical professionals. It does mean something useful - inhalation (and exhalation) using the area below the membrane instead of above it.

You are right, it´s relly bad that she say that, she must know that is not true. Of course the belly is not filled up with air.
