Is this right?

Post by Arnondb » Sat Nov 24, 2018 11:31 am

Hi fellow trombonists.
As a part of a research I am doing (personal interest), I am transcribing JJ Johnson's pieces.
So I have here "Down Vernon's Alley" from his debut album.
First, I wanted to share with you this magnificent piece, for you to study.
Second, I wanted to ask the panel to check the harmony, as it is a bit difficult sometimes to understand, due to recording issues.
Attached is a pdf of Down Vernon's Alley (head)
This link, takes you to a youtube video playing the tune (Not my post...).

Thanks a million :)
