Does anyone play on a Kanstul CL45? I can’t find any information on it online except that Andy Martin plays on one. If anyone plays one how does it play?

If Andy Martin plays it - and you can play half as well as Andy - it's a dream come true.
I've heard Andy play live several times - incredible! (Never checked out his trombone, though.)

I just sold one.

The rim feels between .98" - .99" to me. Bigger than a Bach 11, bigger than most 7s. Its rim contour is flatter than most and slopes toward the outside of the piece somewhat. The cup is Bach C-ish, perhaps a little bit more bowl shaped, which to me feels like it has a little more volume to it.

Overall it is a very fast speaking mouthpiece with a stable, mellow, and full but simple sound. I found it difficult to produce enough volume on it for live work but it would work excellently in recorded settings.
