For sale is a Rath R10 tenor trombone, in immaculate condition. The slide shows no wear, and is smooth and fast and in great alignment, ready to play.

The R10 has a .500” bore. This particular horn’s configuration is:

-- nickel silver 7 ½” bell
-- nickel silver slide
-- yellow brass gooseneck
-- red brass tuning slide.
-- two brass leadpipes: standard and open

This combination (similar to the setup used by Conrad Herwig) produces a sound that is crisp and clear and warm without being overly brassy, but that still has plenty of edge when you need it. A versatile horn.

Comes with a very protective ProTec case that is in excellent condition with just a little outer wear.

$2450 including shipping to CONUS.

Why envy when you can buy?
