Stork JA specification?

Hello I found a model named Stork J.A on the internet not too long ago. He said Alessi used it for Bach 42T. Does anyone know the detailed specifications for this mouthpiece?
I wonder if that's the mouthpiece I saw Joe playing back in 2017-2018. He did the Rouse concerto and a masterclass and was playing a conspicuously tarnished, old school looking mouthpiece that was not his signature Greg Black or Griego.
I got the feeling it was specific for getting through the concerto he was going to play the next day.
