Based on the very little information provided on their site and the somewhat extreme lighting and close-up nature of the photos used on the page, I'd guess that they are rebranded stencil horns.
The .557 Bb/F tenor also seems very similar to the Wessex "Super-Tenor" they had. At that point though it's like, what are we doing? It's so close to .562, is the point to just not have repair parts available at all?

Looks like the most generic Jinbao stuff of all time.

Man, that's a pretty minimalist website. A couple prices lists, a couple short slideshows, a couple emails, and a handful of graphics. Not even a phone number.
The domain is registered to:
Name: CAILLOUETTE, JC
Mailing Address: 529 W MAIN ST, MERIDEN, CT, 06451
Phone: +1.2036300234
Fax: +1.2036300234
Email:
[email protected]
This ties back to JC Music, a retail brick-and-mortar music store in Meriden, CN. Unsurprisingly, JC Music appears to be the only one selling Castle New York branded instruments.
Likely private label instruments. Possibly Jin Bao, as Aidan suggest, but there are other factories in China turning out similar instruments.
Caveat Emptor.
