From what I heard, while alive he played Bach horns and mouthpieces.

His trombone, New York Bach Stradivarius Posaune "Model 6 VII"
Google says, his mouthpiece was a custom or branded Vincent Bach model, as indicated by his name being stamped on it.

He owned at least two screw rim pieces with a more cone-shaped contour, and I've heard two stories - that they were made by someone at Bach, or by Al Almont in NYC.
The one on display at the Air Force Museum in Dayton has no rim - it may be at the bottom of the English Channel, as he was known to carry his rim to buzz on when he didn't have his horn.
His spare horn in Iowa has a one-piece NY Bach with it. The other screw rim piece is, I would assume, with whoever got Glenn's last horn from Jimmy Priddy's estate.

EDIT: Upon further research, the "spare horn" may be the one in Iowa. I'll try to find out. I do know Glenn owned more than just the two Bach horns.
