Differing search results with upper/lower case

Trying to retrieve a post I'd seen before in the Classifieds (Mouthpieces), I searched for "urbie" - and didn't find it. Then I tried "Urbie" - and there it was. 
I believed search on TC not to be case sensitive - or is it?
