Anyone know what's happening with Altieri's gig bags? Went out to their site to find that they're redesigning their entire line:

I know they're not the most protective bags, but I like my double simply for keeping the dust off and taking up as little space as possible. As far as I know, they were the only game in town as far as double gig bags. Gig bag + golf club case is still a very viable travel option.

Between Altieri and SKB becoming unavailable, it seems I may want to hold onto my cases--Protec, Gard, Marcus Bonna, and Cronkhite seem to be the only game in town right now.

I didn't think Altieri was making anything for the last few years for trombone. I asked about a custom contra bag a few years ago and they said they had no one to make slide pockets, so no trombone bags were being made at all.

Cronkhite still makes double bags- I use two and I've owned all 3 sizes.

SKB was just a temporarily broken website. It's back to normal.
