Trio for flexible instrumentation

Hi everyone,

I recently finished a new trio that I thought some of you might enjoy checking out! Especially if you play in mixed-instrument chamber groups or teach chamber ensembles.

The piece is Trio in C Minor, Op. 29 “La Danza della Morte”, a single-movement work about 6 minutes long. It’s written for flexible instrumentation, and I’ve created fully adapted parts for a wide range of instruments so that many ensemble combinations are possible.

Here's a score video for Trumpet, Horn, and Trombone:

The flexible instrumentation options are:
Part 1: Flute; Oboe; Eb Clarinet; Bb Clarinet; Soprano Saxophone; C Trumpet; Bb Trumpet; Violin
Part 2: English Horn; Bb Clarinet; Alto Clarinet; Basset Horn; Alto Saxophone; Tenor Saxophone; F Horn; Viola
Part 3: Bass Clarinet; Contra Alto Clarinet; Contrabass Clarinet; Bassoon; Baritone Saxophone; Trombone; Bass Trombone; Euphonium (bass and treble clef); Tuba; Cello; Contrabass

You can find more information/preview the trio here:

Thanks!

Ian
