Bach 12E vs Yamaha 45A for Alto

Are there any significant differences between a Bach 12E and a Yamaha 45A? I’m having a difficult time locating a 12E and am looking for a shallower piece for my alto. Thanks for your time and insight!

Schmitt Music seems to have a 12E in stock.

Says very low stock when you select it though.
