Recently bought a 1962-63 king 2b. The horn was a little rough but the price was low and I liked how it played.
I took the horn in to have the slide worked on and the tech said the lower inner slide (side that connect to the bell section) was bent in several different directions but would try to fix it. He said replacement would be the way to go but when he looked up his slide provider there was no so k to be had and looked like it was severely back-ordered.
When I got my “fixed” horn back the slide felt worse than when I took it in! Scraping sounds now.
Anyone know where a person could get a replacement inner for this horn? I really want to play it.
King 2b inner slides stock ?

That's not surprising. I've been waiting on a King 3B+ tenon for around 2 years now, sadly.
M/K drawing might be able to furnish you with one.

Whoever does the work should be able to help with ordering for sure. THat said, M/K probably has common dimensions readily available
