Conn 82H?

Checking to see if anyone has any experience with the Conn 82H? There is very little info on Conn Loyalist, the interwebs in general, or the forum about the horn. I have run across a 7.5 inch bell, straight, TIS model that seems interesting. It appears to have also come in 8 and 8.5 inch bell versions and maybe even with an F attachment based on what little I found. .522 bore. Wasn't manufactured for very long, which always makes me wonder.

I like mine. 82h is to 78h like a cornet is to a trumpet.
Used it here
and here
also see: 42h, 80h, 76h. Never tried those.

Thanks! After playing a little I think that is an apt analogy. Gets a really nice mellow sound. I can't seem to get it to break up no matter how hard I push it. It seems like it would be a good small ensemble horn and clearly for lighter jazz stuff like what you played (very nice, BTW!).
Not sure yet if it's going to be a keeper or not...

Aside, nice playing, great sound, and love the clarity of the recording as well.
Cheers,
