Will an LT16M slide fit onto a 16 bell, and vice verse? In other words, are the tapered male receivers the same between both models, since the lower tube on both is the same .509 bore?

All Bach small bores (and the 39 and 36!) use the same slide connector.

Also, the original version of the 16M used a 16 bell.
