I am seeking a copy of the Adam Routine. If anyone has the version written out for trombone they can send me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Managed to find a treble version, which will work for me fine. I was looking for what I remember to be a hand written version in mostly bass clef. Slightly nostalgic about the version my old teacher gave me. Thanks.
