Can I recommend having a listen to a Brass Group called First Brass. This is a track from their one and only Album, I might be wrong on this. You should be able to find a few other tracks on YouTube if this floats your Schmacker....

The group consists of four players multi-tracking.

Another plug for Meridian Arts Ensemble. One of their albums is predominantly Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart. Another is straight ahead baroque, including Bach, Corelli, Telemann, Scarlatti(s), and the murderer Gesualdo. Their other albums are similarly eclectic.

Another vote for Septura, they are fab, very classical though. Seem to play mainly classical arrangements.
Wallace Collection(Scottish ensemble) are well worth a listen.
