Good day,

I wish to authenticate a Conn silver valve trombone. Besides the numbers 1, 2 and 3 stamped markings on the valve pistons, the middle piston (2) also has the following stamp marking: L10035.
The other stamp marking is where the bell screws into the valve assembly: 6H

I have photos available.

Thank you.

Welcome!

The bell section is from a 6H trombone, nominally a 0.5" (12.7 mm) bore instrument. The serial number dates it to late 1967. The valve section is from a 5G which was often paired with the 6H bell.

Should work fine together.

Those 5G valve sections are great. Fits my Conn 6H, 48H, 10H and even my Getzen 3508!
