So, for the longest time I had half heartedly watched some of these vlogs from Christian Lindberg and his producer friend, but it was tough to get into. I think they're starting to hit a better format and the episodes are now pretty interesting. The last couple of weeks all of a sudden Joe Alessi has been joining in, and they have been releasing recordings of Alessi solo, Alessi + Lindberg, Bousfield+ Lindberg, Alessi + Lindberg + Bousfield+ Peter Moore, etc on Spotify. There is supposedly a triple concerto that they recorded and they will be touring around with it. It's really fun to watch, if you go back maybe two weeks or so. Maybe the last three episodes.

In the latest one, Joe talks about the Corea Concerto everyone has been taking about, and performing it this week in Spain and recording it in Nashville next month. In the first episode with Joe, they focus on the piece they wrote for him inspired by his home in Canada, and Joe talks about the famous and fake Alessi/Lindberg rivalry. You can also listen to him talk about his latest album for trombone and organ in the middle episode.

It's great to see these players interacting. The recordings are really nice.
