Invoice shows $70, June 1988. Neat.

Now that's funny.
Out of the country in 1988.....
That was a long trip with Irv Wagner and his group to Hawaii, Australia, and New Zealand. We played at the Worlds Fair in Brisbane, and I did a clinic at a trombone festival there. I was supposed to play the Creston Fantasy on a concert but the piano player said no chance, the piano part was too hard. Fun trip... Went skiing at Mt Hutt on the south island of NZ.

Oh wow! I was at that festival!! I should have said hello!!! 🙂 Irv Wagner playing spoons was the highlight!
