Comfo-Rim 23

Post by gregwaits »

I just came into possession of a late ‘30s Conn 44H. With it were two mouthpieces, a Conn 2 (which you rarely come across) and an even more rare one, a Comfo-Rim 23.

Aside from insertion marks it is in remarkable condition.

I’ve never been able to post pics on here. I get mssgs saying file too big.

I posted pics on Facebook in the Trombone Mouthpiece Exchange group as well as in Trombone Empowerment.

Is there a secret?

If you can post the picture on the Mouthpiece Exchange group (or anyplace else on line) you can insert the picture in your post using the IMG tags. Here is how:

1. Find your image online.
2. Right click on the image and select "Copy Image Location" (or address).
3. In your post, put the image location in a statement as follows:

Code: Select all

[img]image address goes here[/img]
Note the use of square brackets.

Your picture should now be inside the post. If you don't see it, leave it as is (some kind of temporary artifact will show) and I'll try to fix it if I can.

Here is an example:

Thanks Bruce. I’ll try that. I’m to the point where my 10 year old granddaughter is more internet savvy than I am. 😄
