Has Yamaha ever produced a dual bore .525/.547 tenor in any series?
I’ve tried to search, but I can only find their more recent models and catalogs listed online.

I don't recall ever seeing or hearing about one that was released worldwide. Within the Japanese Yamaha Custom line, I think pretty much anything is possible. They have made a lot of horns that never made it out of Japan.

I'm not aware of anything stock but I do have one and I totally love it. It has a 646 upper inner/outer and a YSL8820 lower inner/outer. I had the slide tenon swapped for a Shires one (the 8820 corkbarrel I used is two piece so it was reasonably easy to braze according to my tech). I also had a bi-thread adapter soldered to the upper. Originally was using a 645 leadpipe but switched to a Conn 52H pipe I had a threaded adapter soldered to.

They've only made a .500"-.525"
Yamaha Collector is a great repository for information on their previous models. (link below)
