Chicagoan Trombone

Has anyone ever seen this horn before or know what it is? I found it on OfferUp and have never seen or heard of it before. It looks like it has the engraving "Chicagoan" with a skyline engraved too. Kind of cool, but if it's a beginner horn i don't really want to bother with it.
