e-paper display ?

Has anyone tried this sort of paper-like display for music reading? This one looks like it might be big enough compared to other such displays I've seen.
When they showed the animation of the ink particles flying to the screen I got the sense that I'd have to turn it upside down and shake it whenever I needed a new page.
You'd think they'd automate something like that.
