I'm a little confused. The William Tell Overture (Rossini) doesn't have movements. It does have several different sections with different feels.
The entire part is on IMSLP (
www.imslp.org).
The usual excerpt is from the "storm scene" (which is not labeled as such) and consists of a series of scalar runs; generally done at a rather fast tempo. It's an excerpt that has been analyzed by several sites. One is called
www.tromboneexcerpts.org.

The trombone excerpts are out there- the tenor parts are different from the bass part, but the scalar runs are the same.
