Horn is in great shape overall. Original plating is 98% (tiny patch of wear on the bell flare and at the contact points). Tuning slide moves smoothly and the water key seals properly. Tiny spot (about 1/8" square) of plating wear at the end of one of the inner slide tubes. Handslide action is smooth and fast, but not completely silent. Gold wash bell has no plating wear on the inside of the bell. Bell has art deco engraving that features a flute-playing Pan.
Original case in good condition is included along with: slide cleaning rod and a 2-piece silver plated lyre.
Asking price is $750 with shipping to the USA included.
I can vouch for the 44H. I play one similar to this one, with the art deco water key. They're fantastic for solo work. Ultra-responsive, with a very big sound for a sub .500 bore. $550 is a great price.
