Looks like some flavor of Jet Tone.

Agreed - the deep rim looks more Al Cass than Jet Tone.

Good call. I did look up a few Al Cass models and it didn't look like they did the neck ornamentation like Jet Tone did. Check this out:

Now obviously this is a very different mouthpiece from the one on the video, but the neck detail is what led me to think it might be a jet tone. There are also some Beuscher mouthpieces that look close:

I was going to mention how it's closest to a Holton 82 in appearance, minus the mid section.

She did play a Holton at some point, I’ve seen pictures of her with one, so a Holton mouthpiece would make sense.
