Hey folks,
Does anyone know the difference between the Blair Bollinger main tuning slide compared to the other Shires bass options (B and C Taper)? I’ve looked around online and can’t find anything about what it is.
Thanks!

Re: Bollinger Main Tuning Slide
It's a C taper in yellow brass with a thicker outside leg on the small side made of brass rather than nickel. If you tend to be a bright player with aggressive articulations it will absorb some of that energy and tend to make a thicker, darker sound with rounder articulations.
