Chat Cloud

I understand the need for the new Chat Cloud security-- the one that says it will take a few seconds to load making sure that the connection. BTW I've had it go for a few minutes before TC loaded.

However, I just had another issue with it. I was composing a moderately lengthy post in one of the topics and had to do something else for a moment-- a really short time, actually.

When I got back, finished my post, and submitted it, Chat Cloud came up, kicked me out and I lost all of that post, necessitating redoing it, which was very annoying.

Is there any way that the timeout time could be lengthened, so that these things don't happen. It seems that Chat Cloud has a hair trigger and kicks us out pretty quickly.

It's actually called Cloud Fare. i was going by memory.

If you are using a computer with Windows (and perhaps Linux as well), before you press "submit" copy your text to the Clipboard. If you get tossed out you can return to your topic and paste the text into the reply box.

I've done this several time with long-winded responses.

I get your suggestion, Bruce, but it's still annoying to have to do that.
