Philly area screwbell conversion

Anyone know of an experienced and capable tech for a screwbell conversion in the Philly area? I am in Lancaster, PA and have sent some emails to people in the MD area, but am unaware of any current decent brass techs around Philly. With cost of shipping these days, I would rather just take it to a reputable person myself. I know Houser is making trombone bell rings, but do not think he is currently actually doing conversions.

Might want to give Larry Frank a call and see if it's something he does.He does quality work and is right across from Philly in Audubon, NJ
