Yamaha Bass Slide Compatibility

I'm looking for a lighter bell section for works in orchestra that are lighter. Stuff like mozart, beethoven, haydn, maybe brahms. I play a shires Q series with rotors. It is a beast of a horn, and playing anything lighter like that isn't exactly something the horn wants to do. There is a Yamaha YBL 321 bell section on fb marketplace I want to try. Would it work with my shires slide? I'm willing to purchase a new nut for the bell section that I would put on the yamaha. Does anyone know if that would make it fit properly?
