Sterling bell. Sears had the legal rights to the name "Silvertone", having used it since 1916 on products like guitars, amps, and record players. They made King stop using it, and so King switched to "SilverSonic".
I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are still missing! :D

Thanks. SO to understand this completely all Silvertone models have the sterling bell?

I'm not sure. I'll let someone else with more knowledge answer that question.

All KING models labeled Silvertone have sterling silver bells. The bells also have a Sterling mark (the British Pound sign) located on the bell stem. Sears trombones (yes, they exist) labeled Silvertone are brass.

All King trombones labeled "Silver Sonic" are sterling silver. If it's silver plate on brass it doesn't say Silver Sonic.

I know that sterling was available on Improved Proportion models of the mid 1920s and everything since. I've never seen a Silver Sonic 7B or 8B, but I did play a Silver Sonic 2125 F.
