Making my Getzen 3047 Edwards compatible

After some thought I've decided to get some minor mods done to my Getzen 3047 tenor so that it will accept Edwards slides. I contacted Edwards (Lexi has been super helpful) and the necessary parts have been ordered so that my Getzen bell will accept the 0.525" and 0.547/0.562" Edwards slides I already have. I'm also getting the slide tenon so that my Getzen 0.547" slide can then fit the modded bell. Total parts cost= $120.

I've had a Bach Soloist Stradivarius bell section for a while and I was hoping it would mate up with the 0.525" Edwards slide I recently bought, but the threads are not a close enough match.

I'll follow-up with some playing impressions once the changes are done.
