Lower lip position in Free buzz
I used to do the free buzz with lower lip curling in the lower teeth, but can’t really buzz high…
Then I noticed people said lower lip should roll in instead of curling in… What does the rolling in mean?

Any description depends entirely on the shape of your lower lip... Everybody's different, there's a huge variety of lower lip shapes and textures.
Pull it in as much as necessary so it doesn't flip out when you try to buzz.
