Krush Bass Trombone Concerto?

Does anyone know if the sheet music for the Concerto for Bass Trombone by Jay Krush is available for purchase? And if so, where/how? I heard Blair Bollinger perform this concerto and immediately fell in love with it, and I'd like to get my hands on it... I have tried directly contacting the composer without much success, so I'm wondering if there is anyone else who has been able to get a lead on this amazing piece of music.

Mr. Krush goes on tour on a regular basis. Give him a little time. I am sure he will get in contact with you!
