After some comments about the Maggio system on FB, I dug out my copy of the MacBeth book. 5 weeks eh?
Anyone have any experience about LM/MacBeth System? Anyone complete the 5 weeks?

I do Maggio every day..... It has really helped me.... Gordon Campbell and Mark Nightingale are also Maggio users!

AS far as I can tell, it's a way of building upper range by concentrating on the pedals and working upwards.

Somewhere there was a download copy of the Maggio method. I don't know if it was legal or not.
I thought it was here:

When I've "returned" after 15 years break this System helped me a lot.
Now, if I have to be in shape for certain date, I just need to start 5 weeks before this date and it doesn't matter even if I didn't play for last 6 months or so. I know that after 5 weeks I'll be in VERY good shape (i mean my range and endurance).
