Does anyone have a Shires Alessi Valve for sale?

You may not have much success. These are REALLY new and I doubt many have filtered into the used maket.
Also, if memory serves Alessi wants his horns to be soldered together.

On Houghton Horns' website, it shows the Alessi valve as an option, so I believe that it's not soldered. OP, maybe ask them
