For that Thein, we (sort of) agreed on that there is insufficient evidence to suggest it was stolen. I'll give you that. For your interest, that horn sold for $7500 afterwards. The buyer/seller wasn't even a trombone player.

For this, who in the right mind would sell a post-corp 36 for 5000 Euros? That price is higher than your Edwards Alessi, no? It does have a lightweight nickel slide, but that doesn't explain the bad slide angle, nor should a nickel slide bump its price at least 2000 Euros higher than it should be.

Of course, the price is way too high. I think the seller is not a trombone player and just tries to sell it at the highest price.
