It is as if someone had tried to write it down from memory after hearing it just once in a noisy piano bar.
This reminds me of a story my mother told of a grade school piano recital she went to. One of the recitalists couldn't remember the grand finale coda of her sonatina so she just kept repeating the section before it, over and over, until she ran out of gas and ran off stage... in tears, of course!
