Warburton Rosolino

Post by heinzgries »

From time to time i try some mouthpieces that i haven't played in a long time. The same goes for the Warburton Rosolino 3. It has a full, bright but not too crispy sound on my alto trombone.
Thanks to the relatively large bore throat (6.35 mm), it can be blown freely without much resistance. If you have it, I recommend all alto trombone players to give it a try.

I do the exact same thing! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who feels like this!

That's correct. No number. The Ros 2 is about a 12C in diameter, and the Ros 3 is like an 11C in diameter. The original is similar to a 15C.
