Bach 36G... with F-attachment?

Post by isaynaynay57 »

I'm currently selling a couple trombones. A Bach Step-up in playing condition, and a Bach 36G Strad w/ F-attachment. I'm a college student and I need the money. I've been searching online but haven't found a single listing or any info about the 36. I know about a 36G but I can't find any that have an F-attachment. I'm not sure how to price it, but because of its condition and functionality I'm currently listing it for $1800 (I'll leave the ebay link below if you're interested, but I'm really looking for some answers). Can someone tell me if this is a fair price and what this horn is exactly? https://www.ebay.com/itm/384925961982

I think that would be called 36BG... a 36B standard wrap with a gold brass bell.

Does it also have a lightweight nickel slide?

If so, then it would be LT36BG.

That's what I thought, but on the bell it has stamped "36G" Could it be a 36BG even with a 36G stamp?

It does have a lightweight nickel slide! Maybe that's it!

The options like F attachment and slide type are usually not stamped, just the bell model and material.
