I've seen on various Facebook posts that it appears that Phil Teele has passed away. Legendary player, and it's sad to see someone like that go. I just a few days ago found myself seeking out some of his recordings, include this legendary one:

A sad day for sure. I commented on Facebook the other day that we should all do 10 sets of 100 pedal tones to honor him. Anyone know if he was ill or if this was expected?
