Francis Albert Sinatra and Antonio Carlos Jobim.
To be honest, never that big a fan of either, but this is lovely. Nelson Riddle arrangements? On Apple Music.

A little research finds a 1967 album, arrangements by Claus Ogerman. A runner up to Sgt Pepper for Grammy for album of the year.
