Also, talk to your kid... does he want to be the kid with a 'different' horn? Not that he gets the final say, but do you want the fact that he feels bad about having a horn that looks different as a reason why he does not get interested in playing music for a lifetime? Chances are he'll give it up ...

Elkhart-made 1968 88H. Freshly chemical cleaned, slide in good shape. Lots of lacquer wear on the slide, especially at contact points. It's not a looker, but it sure is a player!
