WTB: Alto Trombone Hard Case

Hello I'm looking for a used alto trombone hard case. Something similar to the stock Yamaha cases would be awesome. I have a Courtois Prestige Model with a trill valve which did not come with a case.

Thanks :)

Best Trombone/Music Scores Shops Japan?

I will be traveling to Tokyo and Hamamatsu (Town of the Yamaha Factory) next month. Could I please get some suggestions as to which music stores to check out while I'm in the two cities? I am particularly interested in brass sheet music, second hand trombones, parts and mouthpieces.

Thank you!

FS: Bruno Tilz 4G

Bruno Tilz 4G for large bore tenor trombone. The rim is about a 5G and the cup depth is somewhere between a 5G and 4G. Would be good for a player who likes 25.5 rims but a bigger cup. 70AUD and we can split shipping (world wide).

FS: Bach 36/42 Traditional Wrap Section

I'm selling a traditional wrap section which has been modified to be interchangable with bell sections. If you want to fit a Bach Bell it would be fine as long as you get the threads on the bell or the screws on the section changed. If taken to a local tech they could fit it to any bell just by chan...

Re: Projecting

I would suggest listening to a lot of great lead players to add another idea to your sound concept. I think it is handy to be flexible with your sound ranging from Watrous to say Bergeron. As for physical changes, loud playing requires a faster volume of air going through the horn. Just blow and kee...

Re: Practice Spaces

Conservatory practice rooms. Although a bit noisy sometimes with others practicing, it's still a place I can get work done. At home in my room. Really dead acoustic so I can really hear what's going on with my mouth. Any large, live acoustic space such as an ensemble room or even kitchen. Really eas...
