Rest in Peace to Mr. Newell Sheridan. I always enjoyed chatting with him at STS and ATW.

Thats a great shame. We shared trade stand space at many shows and he was always very entertaining and we stayed in touch through emails. Funniest memory I had was being shut in a smallish room with 3 other trade stands and one of them shall we say had equally as strong but opposing opinions on which president to support (enough said!!). RIP Newell we shall miss you... Doug

I met Newell in Greenville SC in 2012, and had the pleasure to visit his basement shop several times from 2013-2017 and at the various Trombone events. He was always extremely supportive and helpful, I still play on the equipment he helped me pick out and think fondly of any chances I had to talk with him. Very sad news indeed.
