I dig seeing someone start to use some of this new-fangled modern theory to talk about this stuff. And it's nice to see the reference to Tartini, showing that while thinking of harmonics and overtones in harmony has gotten put to the wayside in the last century or so by some circles, it's been in the thoughts of serious musicians for centuries.

I like the part where he shows all those people confidently telling us something that was never true.

Gee, I hope he's not wrong about that.

Saw this yesterday. Neely is a really a knowledgable, talented (and skilled) musician! It's nice to have guys with this knowledge willing to put it out there in this soft of entertaining AND informative format.
