Cup diameter is roughly close to a Bach 1 1/4G, perhaps a tiny bit smaller. The "JW" is his brother, James Warburton, and when he was playing bass trombone, had Terry do some magic to the throat area. It's a great mouthpiece, just a bit too big for me.

Sorry, I have two Warburtons! The custom was based on a Yamaha custom piece I have, which is a bit bigger than a Bach 1 1/2G. Nice playing mouthpiece, but I ultimately went with something else. (That's why I have so many mouthpieces to sell. I need help)
